Where are you located?

We are located in Medicine Hat, Alberta Canada.

What if something I order is out of stock?

Once we get to your order we will contact you if something is out of stock. A refund will be given or if you would like to substitute for something else that can be done. We do try to keep all out of stock items updated on the website but there are times when we have trade shows or have customers pick up items and we dont get them updated in time.

How long will it take to process my order?

Generally orders will take 10 -14 days to be processed. For all clothing creations please allow atleast 2 weeks to create. You will be notified upon completion of your order. If you are in a hurry for your order please contact me to let me know and I will do my best to get it to you on time.

What form of payments do you accept?

All forms of paypal

Credit card payments processed through paypal (You do not need to have a paypal account to pay with credit card through paypal) The paypal screen will open and at the bottom of the sign in screen it will say "Pay now with credit card". Click this and it will take you to the secure site to enter your credit card information.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes we do HOWEVER due to a very high volume in wholesale orders and web orders we are NOT accepting any new wholesale clients at this time.
